Self service items had no pricing on the item. When there is no pricing I assume it is to expensive and I do not buy the item also when I asked for the price of item I wasn’t treated very well

It's a cliche, but there is a different "vibe" to going to a sports event live. It was fun watching the players "for real"; fun being there with friends; fun interacting with other spectators; fun being out on a beautiful evening. As an added bonus, the Bees won the game, which is always what we want!
Beautiful baseball field. We went with extended family for a celebration. We weren’t disappointed.

Great stadium, beautiful view! However, employees and patrons were blocking views while standing in areas that obstructed the view of paid seats. Signs likely need to be posted in areas that people shouldn't be standing. Some people are too oblivious or inconsiderate to look behind them and see if they are blocking someone's view.
Wow! The new stadium is so stunning - everything seemed so thoughtful and well-planned. The players and staff must be thrilled with the facilities. I plan to come back as often as I can (I do not live in the state).

Fun atmosphere, nice facility, and pretty affordable.
I've attended four games so far this season and wanted to share some feedback. I was surprised to learn that Diamond 1 tickets include Terrace access, while Diamond 2 does not. At a previous game, we had no issue accessing the Terrace with similar seats, so the policy change or enforcement wasn't clear.
Also, the dark green seats get extremely hot in the sun. Yellow seating, like other sections, is far more comfortable—just something to consider for fan experience.
On the food side, I've now tried everything offered, and overall it's just average. There’s nothing that really stands out or feels unique to Utah. For example, a signature Utah-themed hot dog with local toppings, or something more creative would go a long way in enhancing the experience and setting the park apart from others. Foods should be more unique in nature.

I love baseball other than the new ball park is so far west. I’d tell everyone to go. The new ball park isn’t much different than Smiths Ball Park but I kinda got more of a spring training feel from the new ball park. I loved it.
The seat selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good. The drive to the ballpark was very quick. Parking was very simple.

The ballpark is beautiful. The team is fun to watch. Beer and food choices are decent though prices are quite high. The stadium is easy to navigate and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Love being able to see the bullpen!

We loved getting to be there to watch the field prep. Frozen waffles were a bit of a disappointment. When we have gone before, you had French toast. That is much better than frozen waffles.
Everyone we dealt with was smiling, kind, and knowledgeable. We had a great time and will be back.
