The detail shop needs a little improvement. The vehicle we bought needed cleaning and they took it to them. I had to clean again on inside when I got home because it was still dirty. Demetrius is going to have them do it again.

We truly liked the Ford Bronco. We had a chance to rent a car and had the choice to drive a bronco. We loved how it drove and loved the features it came with. Also, a family member has one for years and loves it.

Sales service was excellent. Our sales person Micah was excellent. We had a ford ranger that had to be transferred from London. He kept us up to date during the transfer and let us know when it was at their location. We were actually referred to this don Franklin by my son in law and was somewhat disappointed that there is no small compensation for a referral.
