I honestly love working with this company. I initially called last year and there was a mixup and I moved on. But when I reached out to a friend who also uses Medico, she referred me directly to Craig Cunningham. And he was able to get me set up by my Open House the following week. They sent someone out to assess the situation and talk over all the details. They have really flexible scheduling and communicate when there are holidays and the deliveries are going to be different. And the actual delivery drivers are super, super sweet. Jorge and any of the other drivers that come when he is out, are just really nice and friendly to talk to! Great customer service.

We truly appreciate the level of customer service provided by our rep Jacob and Supervisor Benjamin. Jacob always shows up with a positive attitude. If there is any issue with our delivery or if we need anything extra we are responded to promptly.

He's always responsive and available by phone whenever we need last-minute changes, pickups, or deliveries. It's rare to find this level of reliability and service. Consistent service, only linen company to respond proactively prior to issues. Alejandra returns calls, understands our linen needs and confirms they are meet. In 25 years as EVS director I have never experienced linen vendor so professional and meeting our linen needs in every way, so much appreciate all Medico staff for exceeding our expectations, keeping our patients in clean linen and staff in clean scrubs!
