I've been with Medico for a decade or more. You've been quite streamlined to my needs, and I have rarely had any setbacks (any of them pretty minor), so pretty close to flawless pick up/drop off as the weeks went by. So its really near 100% of not needing to navigate setbacks in general. Everyone has hiccups to a degree but each time your manager, craig (and prior managers) have met any minor recover quite helpfully! Alberto, my delivery driver on the frontline, has performed very admirably as well, being on time and ensuring each week having what is needed so no interruptions at all!

Our driver Alex makes sure that we receive the inventory that we pay for. We appreciate his attention to detail and he is able to maintain a great relationship with the doctor and staff. I honestly love working with this company. I initially called last year and there was a mixup and I moved on. But when I reached out to a friend who also uses Medico, she referred me directly to Craig Cunningham. And he was able to get me set up by my Open House the following week. They sent someone out to assess the situation and talk over all the details. They have really flexible scheduling and communicate when there are holidays and the deliveries are going to be different. And the actual delivery drivers are super, super sweet. Jorge and any of the other drivers that come when he is out, are just really nice and friendly to talk to! Great customer service.
