Our sales representative Art provides the best linen company service that I have ever experienced. I have been doing business with linen companies since the early 90's throughout the country as an executive chef. Napkins, towels, aprons and floor mats had always been an operational challenge. Not enough when we were busy, too much when we were slow. Art is such a professional. He anticipates the business cycles and manages the quantities precisely. If there is an unanticipated need, he always covers us with an addition same day or next morning delivery either himself or coordinating with his supervisor or coworkers. In addition, Art is extremely polite and genuinely pleasant person to work with every day. I cannot say enough about Art. He represents Republic Master Chefs extremely well. Thank you for assigning him to service our account. Please don't ever change his route and please give him an increase!

Anthony stopped by to go over my issues. Explained the process to how your company takes orders. I was not aware that we could send orders an ahead of time to make sure product is available.

The communication! Scott & the rest of the team are always going above and beyond to check in with us to ensure the services are up to par. The quality of the linens is also superb, and we haven't had any issues with receiving any stained or damaged linens.
