Alex, the driver/representative. Very friendly and helpful, really takes care of our account week in and week out. Alex knows the names of every staff member and always makes sure to say hello and checks to make sure everyone is happy with their jackets. Should be in management!!

He's always responsive and available by phone whenever we need last-minute changes, pickups, or deliveries. It's rare to find this level of reliability and service. I honestly love working with this company. I initially called last year and there was a mixup and I moved on. But when I reached out to a friend who also uses Medico, she referred me directly to Craig Cunningham. And he was able to get me set up by my Open House the following week. They sent someone out to assess the situation and talk over all the details. They have really flexible scheduling and communicate when there are holidays and the deliveries are going to be different. And the actual delivery drivers are super, super sweet. Jorge and any of the other drivers that come when he is out, are just really nice and friendly to talk to! Great customer service.
