Groomer should be more careful especially when trimming their nails. Both of my dogs came back home hurten subtly or badly
Wondering how much staff are supported here by good management policy. These extra paper forms for each boarding are unnecessary. The staff seem more burdened with administration than being able to spend time with the dogs. Facilities seem like they need an investment.

Little slow in getting the dog out to the parents
Luna loves coming to daycare at Dogtopia. She gets so excited when we arrive and is always so happy when she is greeted by the staff. She knows them well and is very comfortable with them. Luna is a very shy and nervous pup so it makes me feel good to have her with people she trusts.
My baby loved it there. everyone was friendly and answered my questions. They took really good care of him

On our initial visit, we were greeted warmly. Courtney explained the program and offered many helpful insights. It is clear this location cares about the dogs and is thoughtful about what makes the best experience for all involved. My daughter was right. Dogtopia is a great place.
