Your staff was unprepared for our visit, ignored us in lobby to attend to another guest dropping off dogs (despite there being two Dogtopia employees in lobby), failed to extend available offers extended to other customers.
Wish the humans would engage dogs more with toys, balls etc. wish there was an outdoor area. Otherwise scooter seems to manage fine
It's only been one day, so for today I'd say 9 but would like to see what happens in the next few visits.
You all are amazing and always take such great care of Murphy. I never have to worry when he's in your care. Thank you!!

The biggest issue is the price, other than that all is good.
Bogey has only attended one day but seemed happy when I picked him up. Love the the clean fresh smell upon entering the facility !! Staff and canine coaches look like they enjoy their jobs.

The staff is great, very friendly, very helpful, and wonderful with the dogs. I also like that the dogs get a break during the day. Pulpo really needs that time off or he gets too wound up.

It’s not what I like, it’s about my dogs and they love going here. The staff is extremely nice and I can tell that they love dogs and I love the webcam option so we can see our fur babies in action.
