Evaluation process is similar to CGC standards. Eployees are knowledgeable in procedures.. All employees really seem genuine in caring for the fur babies.
Web cam is a great feature.
Still wish there could be over night employees for boarders in case of emergencies.

We've been going to Dogtopia for years... The staff and facility are great. Our dogs love going there and get excited when we're in the parking lot.
We like the friendly staff, the people who work with the dogs directly and the whole set up of the daycare groupings. They work hard to be sure the dogs are with others they can safely play with and they group not only according to size but in temperament and activity levels as well.
Roger goes two days a week and looks forward to it everytime! Dogtopia is a great place for boarding and daycare!

The hours of operation for boarding are convenient for drop off and pick up. My dog loves playing with other dogs his size so he can't wait to get there when he recognizes where we are going.
Was able to speak with someone each time I called and see my fur baby via video. The staff was great!

The great facility, care and staff are all awesome!
I initially started bringing Chester to this facility i was a good onn order that he might develop social skills with other dogs; I got him as a rescue dog and new very little of his early background. He has been going twice weekly now for about one year and it has been a great benefit.
The staff members are very good and they and Chester interact well together. I can tell from Chester's behavior that he is well taken care of and keep him safe. my decision to utilize the services of Dogtopia was a good one. I highly recommend them.
My only reference to compare was to the Birmingham location and their store smells cleaner and when I watched the web cam I noticed several puddles or urine that it didn't seem the dog handler was getting cleaned up promptly enough before dogs tracked through it. I did only see one handler and maybe it was just too many dogs for one person to clean after. Moses feet smelled like urine when I picked him up.
All in all not a huge deal but since you asked, it was just my first impression compared to another location. The front desk people were very nice and welcoming!
Every time I drop my Murphy off to play I know he’s in for a special treat. Every staff member is extra friendly and so good to him. I check in frequently on the webcam and I’ve been so happy seeing him playing and being loved! Thank you!
