Dogtopia feels like a family, not just some place I take my dog. Every time I drop my pup off he is beyond excited and the staff always makes him feel like the most important pup in the world. I trust the staff wholeheartedly and know that Boston is always getting the best care possible. I am beyond grateful to have found Dogtopia DTC :)
My dog loves it, it's clean, the staff are so nice, and the dogs are vetted for aggressive behaviors before being allowed to attend.
Sooo many things... the staff (pleasing to talk with, knowledgeable, you can tell they really care about animals). Staff are certified. Staff actually monitor/mingle with the dogs under their care (no distracting cellphones, or other electronic devices). Cleanliness. Webcam/App. The design/layout of the facility. It has an HVAC system.... :-)
The people there are caring and thoughtful.
Location is convenient, the people are very nice. They try hard to keep the dogs mentally stimulated.
Front desk is always staffed making for quick drop-off and pick-up.
I can tell you care about my dog, but I feel like I got to know the people better who worked there previously. It feels much more impersonal now.
Your weekend hours could be improved- open earlier. Not a fan of being charged a daycare fee if my dog is boarded and I don’t pick up by 12. I would feel better if someone was on site overnight as night watch in case of emergencies. I wish the dogs weren’t in a crate for 2 hours from 12-2. I feel like 1 hour is long enough.

The rate increased without notification. Management has changed. There should have been notification about that as well.

Up Mosby they forgot. So had to wait for it to get done
