The Lightbridge Valhalla staff is incredibly caring and treats every child as if they were their own. From day one, they have built a level of trust and connection with our child that we are deeply grateful for. The consistent communication and thoughtful updates throughout the day provide such peace of mind, and the engaging activities clearly reflect how much intention and love goes into everything they do. Every morning, our child walks into a welcoming, positive, and nurturing environment, and it brings us so much joy to see that excitement. We truly couldn’t ask for a better place or a more dedicated team to support our child’s growth and happiness
Consistency with teachers - early on there’s been a bit of change in the classroom and teachers. It’d be nice to have a consistent team who knows the children and their schedule.
Schedule - recently a bottle was missed as part of an afternoon feeding, which is frustrating and concerning.
App - the app frequently doesn’t say how many ounces of a bottle were eaten while the staff says they input the information on their side. This is frustrating and makes it difficult to track intake and plan the evening.
We love gianna kaitlyn and sarah!! the teachers are the best. they are also responsive in the app
We love Lightbridge of Valhalla! Knowing our son is in such great hands makes our day so happy. The staff, teachers, all have such attention to detail and truly care about our son. There is nothing more a parent could ask for. Our son is learning and growing everyday! We also enjoy the events that are thrown.

I absolutely love how interactive and hands on the program is. I love how much the teachers actually TEACH my child - he has learned so much in the 4 months he has been at Valhalla. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful.
I am very happy with the school and the staff. I think they have wonderful ideas to keep the kids ans families involved. The teachers and directors are wonderful. The only reason for 9 stars and not 10, the upstairs classrooms are extremely difficult to get to in the morning. The stair case is in the back of the school, not the front. There is no elevator. The door at the top of the stairs, yoy have to stand on the step to open it. If we forget anything, we have to go back upstairs.
