The Customer service and the seats in the Grand are the best in El Paso. My girlfriend and I do the movies a lot. We have been to all the different theatres in El Paso. We always choose the Grand first if the movie we want to see is showing. The associates are always professional and courteous to us. The popcorn is always fresh (I always get the BIG container). If you want a genuine theatre experience, go to the Grand. It is well worth the money.

We went to watch Fantastic 4, and let me say, it was an amazing experience to have such a nice theater on base. Our family recently moved from Germany to Bliss, and this theater is hands down the best base theater ever. It must be because it is part of a larger chain of amazing theaters like the ones we had in San Antonio. It reminded us of the Casa Blanca Theater off of Alamo Ranch. Additionally, we still get to use and collect the points we earned while we lived in San Antonio.
