Very politely greeted when I entered the theater Politely asked if I wanted to purchase a ticket I replied I would be purchasing snacks also I am very familiar with the theater Very friendly cashier at the concession area Ticket seating and snacks were purchased I was given directions to the theater where the movie was playing The theater was clean and I really enjoyed the movie I will come again and bring friends

Offered night show times for certain movies other theaters weren’t offering. And your Tuesday deal includes tickets popcorn and drinks. All employees had wonderful costumer service and clean facilities.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

There was an issue with the movie stopping and had to be restarted. The manager on duty was able to fix the issue and we were able to resume the movie. A few days later I received a follow up email by the theater’s Director who apologized for the inconveniences and provided free passes for the next movie. The staff are polite, friendly, and respectful to the customers. Also the prices for the tickets and snacks are reasonable and the the theater was clean. I will recommend to family and friends.

You have the best nachos and popcorn out of all Greensboro movie theatre locations. The employees are Friendly and helpful and the theater is clean and comfortable.

Everything worked like clock work, from purchasing tickets online until my sons sat down to watch the movie and they really enjoyed themselves!

The movie theater I visted to is my first time it's nice. I did enjoyed watching Tom and Jerry Forbidden Compass 2 days ago and I love it. That movie was good and funny. I would like to come back someday.

It was easy to find AND contact employees for help on phone AND in the lobby. The screen was good size AND the seats were comfortable. I will return again because of my satisfaction with the cinema.
