I love the advance ticket and seating. I also like the chairs.
I was pretty happy overall with a few exceptions. My birthday was august 18th and i got an email that i got a free small popcorn but when i went to the theater on friday it was not showing on my rewards account. we went to see the movie twister and during some off the quieter moments of the film we could hear word for word the theater next too us which was very distracting.

I Luke the fast and friendly service when I was served. Only thumb I didn't like was when I was standing in the concession line and I was next in line, none of the attendants acknowledged me and served other patrons that were just walking in after I had been patiently standing and waiting
It is clean. Didn’t have to wait long for the concessions…they realized line was long so got 2 more workers to help.
What I didn’t like is when we went for like a 6:15 pm show and it was sold out the worker said there wasn’t another (Twisters)… I looked and saw there was a 9:30 showing and told her this. She was like oh yea there is. I would think as an employer this would be completely unacceptable.
Clean and nice.
The personnel have always been caring and professional. They're neatly and cleanly dressed and although it gets hectic at times, they stay focused on cheerfully taking care of the customers. I love the layout of the theaters with the spacious leg room between rows and the comfy reclining seats. The seats and floors have always been clean when I attend. I'm glad the concessions have added the popcorn tub to the menu. You don't ever have to worry about running out during one of those long 2 hour plus movies.

I have always enjoyed visiting Amstar 16, when getting off from work and having a me time for myself after a hard day's work.
Greeted well at the box office. The movie was excellent! Only wish you had a family plan with your membership, so concessions don't cost an arm and a leg! 🦵🏽 Wish you all answered the phone. Left my jacket here on my birthday. Called several times with no answer, so when I visited that day, I was hoping to be reunited with my jacket. Didn't happen 😞

Now that I have the rewards part set up, everything was so easy from purchasing the tickets to getting our points for buying concessions.
We love going to the movies! It has been a great experience ever since Santikos took over.

Staff, food, shows and recliner chairs are all marvelous! Oh, plus military, veterans, law enforcement and first responders get tickets, popcorn and fountain drinks for $5 on Mondays - I love it! Thank you Santikos.
