The sound and video are great in the theaters
The staff is nice. Price is fair. The only issue is the frozen drink. Machines are almost always broken.
We go to the movie once a week and more than half the time you cannot get a frozen drink.
The seating is very nice. Service is good. Atmosphere was pleasant. The concession prices were too high.
The employees have always been nice and courteous, out front and at the concession stand. The food and the drinks have always been fresh and good. Until y’all have changed the nacho cheese to the prepackaged cheese, which you can taste the preservatives. So it’s not good now. Please change it back.
I work with medically fragile, children, some have autism and don’t do change well. Plus, they don’t need all that preservatives..

The ticket sales person and manager were both friendly and helpful. The manager took the time to share how the Rewards program works, versus the old REELS program. They waved goodbye as we were leaving.
The theater was spotless and the staff were nice.
Easy to pick seats and buy tickets online, very clean theater and bathrooms!
I met with friends and attended The Last Supper. The movie was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was apparently the person before me had spilled their popcorn. As I left the theater my friend noticed four huge yellow spots on the back of my top. She said it looked like popcorn oil. I did not spill mine. But when I got home, sure enough the back of my top was a mess. Whoever cleaned up the spilled popcorn should have wiped down the seat very well with something with degreaser in it. You might pass this suggestion on to the staff. Thanks to my friend pointing it out, I was able to spray degreaser and spot remover before laundering. However that doesn't take away the embarrassment of walking through the lobby with big yellow stains on the bottom, back of my top, which others might have taken for urine.

The options are theatres are nice with mystery movies now and a Imax screen. I wish we had more Imax screens and fresh popcorn because it’s always stale tasting.

Reclining seats are very comfortable.
I enjoyed the movie, the theatre was clean and snacks were tasty. Also the staff was customer service driven by being friendly through the entry process.
Great place very clean however, 9.00 for a bottle of water, really?
LOVE the seats!!! Good variety of food. Wish they offered fountain tea.
