Had a small issue with our tickets and customer service was wonderful and issue resolved very quickly and was very courteous about it .

The Santikos experience is absolutely amazing! Their staff is always friendly and on my most recent visit they even remembered me at concessions and asked how my movie was. The theaters themselves are great as well, with the seats being a specific feature that makes me choose to go back to the Mooresville Amstar. Overall, great experience and lovely, personable staff.
