We love the overall experience! Great check in experience and the concessions were great!! Seats were comfortable and well taken care of and clean! The only complaint we had was it was extremely hot, we were sweating, Me and my wife and kid were drenched when we left!!

Great customer service all around, but especially from Jamie at concessions! He was incredibly patient while I was ordering and truly went above and beyond with his customer service. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and we had a great experience overall! I would love to see a soda water option available in the future, but otherwise, everything was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Clean, cheap, and great theater experience. Lost a personal article of mine from the previous night in theater. Made a request with guest services to notify that it was missing the next day. They told me they would call it they found it after the current showing was over. Immediately notified me with 15mins after showing that they found my missing item. Came back that afternoon to pick it up. Guest services was professional, diligent, assertive, and responsible in assisting my problem. Very friendly as well. I will be back and continue patronizing this theater. Me and my wife love it.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The ease of access including buying tickets online to avoid lines, seamless and notable customer service at concessions.
The Gpx experience was top of the line and made all the better with superior reclining and heated seats.

It was very easy to order tickets online, and at the theatre, everyone was super nice, the facilities were super clean, and the theatre seats were super comfortable! The popcorn was fresh and tasty, and we definitely plan on returning.
