Everything was perfect my kids an I came to see the movie Hopper. They had a great time I had popcorn and slushys . Everyone at the Alabaster, Alabama location was very nice.

Even though there was a technical difficulty management made it right by putting us in our most convenient time and also gave rain checks for the inconvenience.

Loved the reclining chairs plus the chairs were extremely comfortable. I had stopped attending movies at the theater but the comfortable chairs make me want to return to movies at the theater.

Nice seats and theater. Employees were nice. We were unaware of the concession stand being card only. The Employee paid for my niece's drink cause we only had cash.

Loved it! It was so refreshing to see a timeless movie like Spiderman 2 in theaters again. I was too little to remember when it came out the first time so it was so fun to FEEL the sound.

I absolutely love the new spacious chairs and being able to buy tickets in advance. The theater is clean and calm. I love this place so much! Great new movies and they even have older classic films show.

We have been going to Alabaster Santikos for years. They know my family by name. They always speak to us. My son has special needs (health wise) and they always go out of their way to help us.

Very impressed with the theater. Very clean, not worn out and dated. Still appears brand new even though I think it's been a few years since remodel. Bathrooms were super clean!
