Clean, cheap, and great theater experience. Lost a personal article of mine from the previous night in theater. Made a request with guest services to notify that it was missing the next day. They told me they would call it they found it after the current showing was over. Immediately notified me with 15mins after showing that they found my missing item. Came back that afternoon to pick it up. Guest services was professional, diligent, assertive, and responsible in assisting my problem. Very friendly as well. I will be back and continue patronizing this theater. Me and my wife love it.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The ease of access including buying tickets online to avoid lines, seamless and notable customer service at concessions.
The Gpx experience was top of the line and made all the better with superior reclining and heated seats.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It was very easy to order tickets online, and at the theatre, everyone was super nice, the facilities were super clean, and the theatre seats were super comfortable! The popcorn was fresh and tasty, and we definitely plan on returning.

We love the reclining seats and how much room there is on each isle. We have never had a bad movie experience here.

The Tuesday special pricing for tickets and snacks is wonderful! Staff was helpful and courteous. My grandkids and I had a great time.

I love the Alabaster movie theatre. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. I've never had a bad experience there. I like that there are different size movie theatres, too. And I always try to see the new movies in the GPX theatre. AND the popcorn is delicious.
