I scheduled a fuel delivery, I was notified promptly that I'd be serviced within 5-7 days (just before Christmas holiday!), the fuel was delivered within 5-7 business days (Dec 16 order, Dec 26 delivery), it was delivered by a "short" truck as requested, the delivery was quickly and efficiently made, the delivery ticket was placed on my front doorknob where I could easily find it, and I'm reassured that Quarles -- its employees -- continues to provide service I can rely on.
