Your drivers are friendly and helpful but do not require anyone present during delivery. Deliveries are automatic which has cons such as filling up in the spring time when I no longer need much propane but hopefully is on balance getting me a lower price than waiting until the following winter.
Budget plan, ability to speak with a person on telephone when tank is low. Ability to contract and opt in for pricing.
The employee who came was awesome. He is the only person who understands that the gauge on my tank was defective.

We never check the tank, but just before the snow came we did and were surprised to see that gauge at 20%. We placed a request online and then called a 10 days later, but they were able to fill the tank while it was just under 10% during a very busy period and icy snow on the ground. Thanks.

We just wanted to thank Quarles/Superior Plus Propane for filling our tank during this extremely cold phase. Our tank had gotten very low while we were out of town and feared we would run out & loose our ability to heat the house. So thank you for keeping us warm in this frigid weather.

Very difficult to contact the company and speak to a person with my questions. Called at least four times and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Never had human contact but at least the delivered the gas that I eventually ordered online.
