I like the fact that you offer an opportunity to offset the prices per gal. of propane with a buydown program. It would be nice to be included in the automated top off/refill program in spite of the fact that we do not heat or cook with propane. We are consumers of propane with gas logs which we freely enjoy throughout the season as well as our generator has on occasion run day & night on a power outage. Once the power comes back on, we have to call to have a delivery made.

I like Quarles's services and the outstanding crew that refiles our tank. The only thing is the tank's rental charges. The tank was here when we bought the home. The tank probably paid for, maybe more than once. The other propane provider did not charge a tank rental fee. Did I buy the tank with the purchase from the previous homeowner? Or, did Quarles's buy the tank with the purchase of the previous propane provider? Our 500-gallon propane tank is buried. Removing tank is cost-prohibited. Just feel buying companies' propane rental fees could waive the renter fee.

Excellent response for a refill request - I own 2 properties at 2 different locations. One uses propane and the other uses oil for heat. My requests are always responded to quickly and efficiently.

Service is great but he delivery delivery person always leave my ticket either at the wrong door or the house that no one lives in. My truck is always parked at the door that i use but the ticket ends up elsewhere.
