Initially it was hard to get in touch with anyone by phone or online. Waited couple days and able to put in request online. I was getting nervous as I had 10% left in my tank. Waited 3 days and got delivery. Signed up for automatic delivery in future. Am satisfied now.

Large enough tank to handle my whole house demands. Never had to contact to have my tank filled. Only call was in the first year of service which was due to some questions. My service is most critical in the winter due to heating and long power outages. I have never had a reason to call even with a week of operation with my generator.
