Everything. The staff is awesome, the facility is amazing, and the new drink and popcorn stations are very convenient

I loved the self serve drinks and especially the recliner chairs that allows you to have a great amount of leg room.

Easy to enter with reservation. Popcorn station streamline refilled and the soda machine were easly in reach.

Clean theaters, great employees at the food area

I had not been to visit the theater in a while. I was impressed to see that the front box office was closed and Santikos is now directing customers to purchase their tickets at a kiosk. But they still had helpful customer service. Also, I like how the concession stand is changing. So now customers can get their own popcorn and drinks. I’m glad to see you are evolving with the times to become more efficient. Although like many, I watch a lot of movies at home now, I don’t want to lose our movie theater experience. But I do understand costs of business, and so the experience has to change. I think you guys are heading in the right direction. The theater was still very clean and it was a good picture show. I do think concessions are really expensive, but I’m not sure you have much choice. I do think offering discerning customers chances for deals through your programs and maybe certain days for lesser expensive tickets and combo deals on concessions is a great idea and you should continue it. Plenty of customers will still pay retail, but you don’t want to lose the customers that look for value in their experiences. I think you guys are doing a great job and based on my most recent experience, I will come back and support your business.

Booking our tickets was so easy. We truly appreciate that the tickets can be cancelled since I got sick the day before.

Love the theaters- comfy, clean, and always a good experience. Food is more expensive than the tickets but that’s expected.

The theatre was spectacular! I love bringing friends here to experience it. The vibe and style of it gives it charm. Filling up your own popcorn and how close the soda machines are to the movie rooms makes it even better.

I loved the seats! It gives off classic movie theater from the 90s which I love! I also enjoyed the machine to retrieve my own popcorn.
