The cleaning lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!) noticed that I had spent the past half our walking up and down the halls with my toddler who wasn’t feeling well and missing the movie. My older son was still watching with his dad so I didn’t want to leave but the toddler and I missed the second half of the movie! Anyways she was so kind and considerate and mentioned that they have a Rainy Day policy where I could get tickets to come back another day. It absolutely made my day to know I could come back on another day when he was feeling better so we could enjoy the movie together. It was very kind of her to notice us and she was so friendly. Thank you!!

Everything is good, except that they don't even allow water bottle from home to be brought in. I understand that outside food and drink are not allowed, but if you make an exception for just water in reusable tumbler or water bottle from home, I think it will be a lot more accessible for the families with children.

Easy to buy tixs online, and then very easy to check in for movie. I like the new system for snacks with cheaper prices, and refillable drinks and popcorn. Always love the reclining seats. Only way it could have been improved would be to have a little more monitoring by staff during the movie, as one family with lots of little kids sitting in first row of back section were allowing their kids to run around and be kind of loud which was disrupting during the movie. Thank you!!

If you go on Tuesdays, the prices are discounted and very reasonable. The reclining chairs are AMAZING!

Absolutely loved it. The guy at the concession stand was friendly. The bathrooms.were clean. The seat were super comfy. We had a great experience. Definitely coming back

We like the way you are fixing up the recliners! The whole place looks cleaner. What we don't like is the self serve for your popcorn and soda. No personal touch!

I try to visit this theater weekly. I've always had good experiences there - great price on Tuesdays, popcorn and drink specials, friendly staff. The seating is like new with very comfortable recliners and I've never had any complaints about the temperature or sound. Very clean also.
