It was super easy to pre purchase tickets, and simply show emailed receipt to ticket taker to go in. The highlight to me was being able to select where we sat when we purchased the tickets (pretty awesome). And the seats were so snuggly and comfy. It was like watching the movie at home. My only not so good experience was that the volume was excessively loud, but it could just be me. Next time I'll take a headset to help bring down the sound some. Overall, amazing experience, super clean theater, the popcorn on point and I am grateful for the Tuesday special as my pockets do not jingle in coins as much as they use to. Thank you for all your hard work.

Great place staff very friendly, theater clean, visual and sound for the movie great. Nice to have reclining seats maybe another company in Altamonte should do a remodel.

Santikos Amstar Lake Mary Theatre is very clean, comfortable seating and staff is very friendly and considerate.

The online ticketing system was easy to navigate. The theater staff was friendly upon arrival and the theater was very clean and organized.

The location is great. The theater does need a renovation, but that is hard to do nowadays in movie theaters. Love the reclining chairs. The rewards program is decent also.

I love this theater - the special ticket price on Tuesdays is great, the theaters are clean and seating comfortable and roomy. Never had any problems there with anything. Just wish I had one closer to me!

I like that Lake Mary has a theater usually I go to Winter Park but I do think it needs a little bit of renovation. The theater has a popcorn stand heading toward auditorium 4 and it’s no longer in use. It’d be nice to see it modernized it’s in Heathrow but the staff I came across was pleasant and it being local to me I will still go sometimes.
