I like that the Longmont Y is busy enough but not overly busy so that I can’t find equipment available.
Also everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly.
Friendly, lots of class options, nice place compared to a previous Y I went to.
The hours, staff and equipment.
Friendly staff
Cleanliness
Not too crowded
Nice equipment
Great location
Variety of workouts
Great group exercise classes
Everything. Employees are always friendly. Trainers always willing to help.
swimming but it's too warm, how about 83' for us lap swimmer?
The YMCA is a great gym with a great staff.
The teachers are wonderful. However, my grandsons have had three or four different teachers over seven lessons. They are young enough that this is a bit disconcerting. They can't remember her name. They are both able to float now and do minimal dog paddling. This after about 25 lessons overall. Includes last year April and May lessons, some twice a week.
Great facility, lovely people.!
It's sunny inside. Great group classes. Combination of good weight machines and free weights. I especially like the track and pool. These all provide a variety of exercise options.
Everything
a nice clean enviroment and nice people
I start my days M-F at the Y and the team is always extremely friendly. Amy Paulo and the other woman that typically works mornings (apologies, her name is escaping me) are outstanding. They know everyone by name and actually communicate instead of the typical empty “good morning” like most other places. It gives the sense of community and small town feel. Regardless of time of day that I go there is always someone checking areas, filling bottles and paper towels to make sure we can take care of the facility as well.
Staff and members are very friendly
Alot of different work outs and classes
Clean and friendly
Equipment and facility is in working order
So much to do while there. Everything!
Responsive to the community, friendly.
Centrally located in Longmont. Great water aerobics teacher. Many opportunities for activity for all ages and abilities. Summer camp activities that are affordable for families.
What don’t I like! I feel very comfortable and welcome at the YMCA. I like the classes and the equipment that’s available. The racquetball court was an added plus that I hope will be fixed this summer. Staff is friendly and the class teachers are knowledgeable. I would always appreciate more classes/times to choose from, but overall I’ve had a great experience so far!
Everybody at the YMCA has been great! I have one daughter currently enrolled and will be enrolling my other three children as soon as they are of age I highly recommend!
Nice people, great equipment, clean facility
Someone was available to help me with rowing machine when I walked in. That was great.
Friendly front desk staff; variety of exercise machines
The programs for retired individuals of all levels. Kris is an amazing instructor . The exercises are challenging without being harmful. The variety that covers the needs of our aging population is helpful in maintaining balance strength and heart health as we age
It’s fun
I enjoy my fellow exercizers. Always and interesting mix. Y staff are kind and helpful.
