Your price was fantastic, your service was quicker than expected, your service technician was friendly and helpful. What more could I ask for?

We have purchased our propane from Dixie/Superior/Quarles Fuels/Dixie Gas since 1990 and have never run out of propone. In addition, approx. 2 years ago we began noticing an odd odor coming from our crawl space under the house but when we contacted the company that installed our furnace the problem was not really checked out. My husband said "call the propane people". I called Quarles and explained that we had this odor which grew worse when the heat cut on; the lady who answered the phone said I will send a technician out right away. They arrived within about 35 minutes and after we explained the problem, the technician he began checking the fuel lines leading from the tank outside to the furnace inside. A cracked connection, was identified as the problem; replaced; tested again and, when satisfied the problem was fixed, he left within 1 hour to 1.25 hours. We have not had any problems with the lines since!
