The crew came in very quickly and began working on getting the water out. We were out of town on vacation and they were awesome about letting us know what was going on and what they were doing. The people who assist during a time of emergency services are amazing. The help they provide, the attention to detail, information given & calm assurance make a time of uncertainty much more manageable. I have used Service Master twice due to water damage & I would call no other company. They are amazing. I have used them many times for cleaning carpet & upholstery & have always been very satisfied with their work. I recommend Service Master to everyone. I am grateful for their help & extreme work ethic. Both my water damage occurrences came during holidays & that did not effect the care given. They were there to help regardless of the holiday time. I will not call another company. They are the cream of huge crop.
