The booking process is reliable. I get my haircut by a stylist who I know does a good job and knows how I like my hair cut and I have a rapport with. I am not getting my hair cut by a different person each time. The service does not feel rushed. The hairstylists seem relaxed and not stressed by other things going on in the store. In other places, hairstylists are also responsible for managing walk-ups and check-ins keeping them distracted. Floyd’s has a dedicated person behind the counter allowing the stylists to stay focused on the customer. Also, the music is always good!

My husband and two sons got haircuts and all were wonderful! My four year old was smiling ear to ear the whole time. His stylist saw some scalp build up and gave him a great wash and recommended a clarifying shampoo and gave me tips on how to get rid of it. Everyone was so friendly and talented!

Just a great environment and my son will be returning for his haircuts there. I also had the pleasure of getting my haircut there after growing it out for 2 years. Love the outcome of my haircut and have gotten many compliments about it. Thanks again!
