Please, let me share my praise for Leti with you.
I had scheduled my first appointment at this location last week to trim up my shaggy bouffant hair. Leti was friendly and welcoming. We started chatting about life. I let her know that I had recently and unexpectedly lost my job and I wanted to freshen up my locks for my job search. I didn’t realize I was feeling so down until she started speaking words of encouragement to me. I didn’t realize I was showing my stress until she offered an aroma therapy scalp massage that was disguised as a shampoo! I literally felt my shoulders drop and my jaw unclench for the first time in days. Leti finished my trim, styled me up and offered a supportive hug at the end. How wonderful it is to know that this crazy world is still sprinkled with people like Leti. An intuitive warm heart and fabulous scissor skills! :)
