Easy to shop and purchase, most of all very quick to ship out the parts ordered. Had a part delivered and badly damaged in the shipping process. Reached out to Customer Service via email with details and pics as to the damaged parts. Within an hour received an email that they were shipping a replacement part to me. Everything else received looks amazing.
My only real concern is with FedEx. They delivered the liners to the wrong address. Fortunately, we have honest neighbors who recognized my name. I did have to go pick these up from them myself.
