Easy to order online . Fast delivery. I had a question after I received my order and the customer service was great .
Hi! I had been looking for days for a part I needed without any help or guidance. Within minutes of reaching out I had the correct part and it was ordered and on the way. Great service! 10/10
The issues I have is the parts not being available without ordering the entire kit or setup. That’s pricy and someone annoying. Otherwise , customer service was wonderful!
Never had a bad experience, you guys are amazing and proud to have you in the great state of Tennessee . Thanks for the quick shipping as well
Had to return and very easy.
Price was reasonable and quality was good and fast shipping. Even had to reach out to customer service on installing the tailgate assist due to the poor quality of the picture on instructions. But they we’re very helpful and leading me to success. Thanks Landon Yarbrough. Rubber bed mat was high quality and great shipping packaging.

Easy to find the products that I was looking for.
2nd product ordered from Rough Country
Pro: Great product, looks great installed.
Con: installation instructions were completely inadequate. Multiple attempts, in multiple configurations before figuring out how it actually needed to be assembled. Illustrations did not match the final result. Customer support couldn’t really help with the process, but not for lack of trying.
That said, will order again in the future.
