I originally ordered the wrong cover for my truck, due to the webpage not specifying the fitment. I realized this when I received the shipping notification, and it had the wrong size bed in the description. After reaching out to customer service, (Cody Tate), the mistake was discovered and the correct part ordered immediately. Cody took excellent care of me and fixed the mix up effortlessly. He helped me with the return of the incorrect part, (I didn't even have to take it off of the FedEx truck when they showed up), and the correct cover arrived the very next day.
Although I am still waiting for the refund for the first cover, I have already installed the correct one on my truck and it works perfect. There is some room for improvement in the instructions, but overall, I am happy with the purchase and the customer service is outstanding so far.
