Online ordering was easy but when I got the items I ordered they were not correct. I had 2 of the same parts that should have been a right and a left side. On a good note I contacted customer service (on a Saturday) and the gentleman was able to get the proper one on its way.

The side steps I ordered looked even better in person. Bolted up super easy . Very sturdy. They look way better than the more expensive cheap looking flat aluminum ones I've seen on other trucks.
