I had a small issue where two of the u-clips were missing in the hardware pack. I contacted customer service and they got out another hardware pack to me in just a couple of days. It was easy to navigate the website and to find the right products for my truck. I was very impressed, and the product was shipped out very fast
However, I was not impressed with the carrier (FedEx) as the two packages arrived looking like they had been tossed around and treated very roughly - boxes bent, ripped and generally in horrible condition. Happily, the packaging was good enough to protect the products inside and they were un-damaged.
