I had an issue with the order. I received 2 driver side floor mats (2 front and a full rear set of mats). When I called they immediately sent out a new set. Customer service answered quickly.

I had an issue with the first delivery, replacement order was processed 5 minutes after I sent the email to customer service.
Price and delivery service were excellent. The only suggestion I would like to make is to change the screw hardness as I had to loosen the screw and stripped the head. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I would think that a harder screw would not increase the cost to a great enough extent that would result in a aprofit decrease.

BUMPER fit well ,had to make my on plate to fit my trailer wiring plug but that wasn't a big deal, the added rear lights were nice installed them but wiring wasn't long enough because of my Crew Cab truck (4 doors) and 8" bed, will wire them up later
