From purchase to install the process and product are top notch. The cover looks amazing on my 24 sierra 1500. I’ve previously owned a Bak flip and in all honesty the RC brand I purchased is way better.

An item we ordered had been damaged at FedEx, and they returned it to rough country when I called Rough Country customer service, they immediately started sending me out another item to replace before the other one even got back to them and it delivered quickly.
