Rough Country exceeded all my expectations! A friend of mine bought the tri-fold bed cover and couldn't stop raving about it, so I decided to try their retractable cover instead. I ordered it just before leaving for vacation. When I returned, I found the box had been delivered, but unfortunately, the cover was damaged by the freight company.
I reached out to Rough Country, and they went above and beyond to ensure I received a new retractable bed cover quickly. The replacement arrived promptly, and once installed, it looked incredibly sleek and secure. It went as smooth as it could,the only thing I'm really having an issue with is the tires I bought, I work at a tire and brake shop the tires haven't been that great so far we have balanced them 180 them to try to get them to balance out we got 3 outta the 4 balanced some what , just have the one that just not getting it any better. I was going to call y'all and see what we could do about it then I was checking my email and here I am..after reading the reviews for the tires saying they were great tires , I'm not sure it was a good decision, I was on the fence about buying tires from our shop but the prices are so dramatically different I decided to go with y'all since I have a lift kit that is a 7 inch rough country kit that I installed a few years ago so I wanted to go with the theme install nothing but rough country! I still plan on getting more things from y'all in the future, just a little bit of a pain when the tire calls for 14oz of lead no matter which way we do it and shakes the crap out of the truck . If someone could reach out to me about this would be great, appreciate it. So there's my buying experience!
