Great product, good instructions, delivery and tracking were accurate.
Overall install was easy however Were a couple of washers short although followed instructions. Would suggest additional washers, screws, and nuts up the price by 3 or 5 dollars to cover overhead and just send extra to avoid the issue.
The Rough Country site made it easy to research the item that I was interested in (soft tri-fold tonneau) by providing numerous photos, a good description, and -- most importantly -- reviews from customers.

Easy to order and shipping was very good considering Hurricane Helene was in the way. Seat covers fit perfectly and look very nice. Installation was fairly simple and I had no problems.

Company web site was the cheapest option ($100 less than Amazon). Quick shipping. The included instructions could have been better written. The rails lacked labels indicating which was left and right. I figured it out from the location of the rain tubes. Other than that very satisfied with the cover.

Rough Country is hands down the best company to buy my vehicle parts from. For every vehicle I’ve owned, I always go with RC parts. Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience when porch pirates stole my new exhaust and steering stabilizer right off my porch. I was so frustrated and upset, as I had been really excited about these new parts for my Jeep.
I called Rough Country and explained what happened. Their customer service team was incredibly understanding and compassionate. After I sent them the security footage, they quickly arranged to resend my parts. It honestly felt like they brought a bit of sunshine to a really rainy day.
