After my order was processed it arrived very fast an in good packaging in boxes undamaged..so I opened it an everything looked to be there I'm very excited to install it now just have to wait till the weather. Very satisfied with ROUGH COUNTRY.

Although the install left me baffled for a bit, I was able to figure it out. As for the fit, it was perfect. The flushed look is also the best available. It has a solid feel and has a very secure design. The web's video was very helpful with a high-level understanding of the installation. The clips that hold down the cover when it is folded up can be a bit sturdier. I had to replace one of the screws on the clip. I would still recommend this cover as it appears to be the best fit and design on the market.
I do wish there was a military discount for all items. Instructional video would have been nice. Thank you.

Online ordering was easy but when I got the items I ordered they were not correct. I had 2 of the same parts that should have been a right and a left side. On a good note I contacted customer service (on a Saturday) and the gentleman was able to get the proper one on its way.
