I called because the tailgate damper for my 2023 Maverick Truck would not stay on the ball joints. I wanted to know if there was a trick or technique to get it to stay on. Rep offered to send me a free replacement, and it arrived in a few days. Awsome.

I had an issue with the order. I received 2 driver side floor mats (2 front and a full rear set of mats). When I called they immediately sent out a new set. Customer service answered quickly.

I had an issue with the first delivery, replacement order was processed 5 minutes after I sent the email to customer service.
Price and delivery service were excellent. The only suggestion I would like to make is to change the screw hardness as I had to loosen the screw and stripped the head. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I would think that a harder screw would not increase the cost to a great enough extent that would result in a aprofit decrease.
