What did you like about the Rough Country online buying experience?

Selecting, purchasing and shipping of the product was all great, but the best part was your customer service department. The running boards I ordered were missing some of the hardware. I called customer service late 9n a Friday afternoon and the representative told me that he would immediately ship the hardware with Saturday delivery! Amazing.

The hardware arrived the following morning. Great installation - Outstanding service!
