It was very good overall. The only thing is you need to make sure you pictures are updated to what you're selling. I ordered the 3 1/2 inch lift rear leaf springs for a 2nd gen Tacoma and I received the new parabolic springs which didn't match the pictures on the website. Although I'm very happy with the springs I received and would recommend them to other Tacoma owners.

I have used their products on multiple family vehicles, usually ordering one particular item to test its construction quality, then follow up by ordering one or two more for other family vehicles. Recently, this was the case with their Hard Tri-Fold Flip-Up Bed Cover. When the first one was installed, I waited about a month to observe its performance in various weather conditions. It exceeded my expectations, so I followed up by ordering two more. If you have done business here in the past, you already know what I am saying is fact. If you cannot already call yourself a Rough Country customer, anticipate a satisfying experience.
Buying the 2 inch spacers for my truck was easy. Only issue I have is that they showed up with scratches and the box was ripped open
