Ordering was easy and quick. I received an email a couple days later saying the order was delivered, but did not receive the order at my address. Called the next morning and AMAZING customer service. No automated service, spoke to a good old American, and when I explained that I never received the order, with no questions asked they shipped out a new kit that same day. Reached out to me the next day concerning and remained in contact. Received the order a couple days later, and although I have not installed the leveling kit, Rough Country comes highly recommended in my business (automotive) and customer service is top notch.
