The product is great and the speed from ordering to receiving was quick. However, the instructions both written and the video are awful. The video doesn’t explain about the bolt for the strap at all and the written instructions don’t say anything until after you install the rack. It also doesn’t explain exactly where to place the racks and the cover to properly put everything into the correct position.
