The online ordering went so smooth! I was ordering a gift for my husband for Christmas and I was sending it to my daughter's house so that he wouldn't see it till then, since it is hard to hide a huge box. I typed in my daughter's address wrong and had to call to correct it. The gentleman helped me change the address with no problems and the order arrived SUPER fast!!!

The ordering was easy. Packaging was damaged by fedex , but struts were ok except for a missing nut. I would suggest heavier boxing in the future.
