I recently had a great experience with Rough Country. As a side, it seems customer service nowadays has all but disappeared. Not with Rough Country. My somewhat rare 2500HD Suburban, was a vehicle that no less than 6 other manufacturers said, “no, we don’t make anything”, as far as a 4” lift. Having spent my adult life as a tech and shop owner, I was aware of what I had, and it was the same as the model year prior to mine. However, no one would help me work through the challenge. Rough Country, which is purchased from previously, spend the time to email with me multiple times. Not only that, my kit arrived within days of being sent. I am in the process of installing it now, pictures to come. And if I have issues, I was assured that returning or exchanging would be no problem. There was only one other company that even came close to what Rough Country provided me as far as price, quality, and something that is missing everywhere in this world, customer service. Thanks!
