This was the first time my son attended a sports camp and I was really encouraged with how much he learned and how his enthusiasm grew after the first day. The coaches were really engaged and interacted well with the kids. Out of this week, we’re going to sign our son up for soccer now that he’s expressed an interest in playing a sport. We also appreciated all the shirts and soccer ball and goal that we were given that we hadn’t expected. It was a great experience overall and we look forward to doing it again in the future!

My son enjoyed learning new games & opportunities to try several different types of sports.
As a parent, I appreciated seeing how the coaches gave smiles and personalized attention to each kid.
One morning, a soccer ball (kicked by one of the kids in the older camp) hit me in the head as I was dropping off my 4yo (I was glad it hit me instead of my kid, since it was pretty hard). I was impressed by how the coaches handled it, not only checking to see if I was okay but also using it as an opportunity to coach the child who kicked the ball, making a point to speak to him and also encouraging him to apologize. I saw it as an example of how Skyhawks goes beyond just teaching sports but also character development, and it makes me even more likely to seek out Skyhawks again in the future. Thank you!

Friendly, fun coaches. Always happy to see us. Great way to socialize the little ones. Overall everything was great. Wished the things on the obstacle course were sturdier (i.e hoops and balance beam). Noticed coach taking photos of my little guy. Are those posted somewhere? I don’t like my child’s image being posted online. We hope to return to your program next summer.
The team camaraderie was strong even amongst fellow strangers. For only knowing each other for a week, they all built a strong bond, played well together and cheered each other on. It was overall a very positive experience that my daughter enjoyed.
Coaches were ready to go each day. Child had fun. Pickup and drop off were so easy.

I would suggest in the reminder emails making it clearer how to let the teachers know if a kid isn't showing up one day. I got the impression it would help the teachers plan better, and the way the sign up and reminder emails come across as that. You're not really bothered about knowing weather the kid can make it or not.
The location, at allyn brook in Durham was great. I loved that it was a small group so my kid made friends easily.
The coaches were great! They did well keeping the kids engaged and switched the activities up at the right time. Enjoyed watching my son hit the ball off the tee and run around the bases.
Having more coaches to help kids that young understand what's being asked. Verbal directions are tough and when there was another coach they listened and followed directions better. We enjoyed the pace of the class as well as all the skills learned. It was so great
We had two sons on the Skyhawks program this summer and both boys loved it! They asked to do the camp again next year. We were impressed with the staff, organization, and fun the league provided for our boys. Great experience.
We had so much fun at SoccerTots. The coaches were phenomenal. They went with the flow, they made great games, they let kids feel their feelings, they cheered them on, weren’t afraid to be silly. I absolutely loved watching it. And the group of kids had so much fun!

We loved the coach. She was super nice, very patient and great at explaining and supporting the children.
Last year it was disorganized and there was confusion about the location. This year it went smoothly although, unfortunately, we missed quite a few. The time of the class 5:30, was kind of late and hot. The coach was really good with the kids.
The coach greeted each participant at the start of the day with enthusiasm. My participant specifically enjoyed playing against the coaches. She liked the drills as well.
Coach JAKE was literally amazing!! He knew exactly how to coach for the age group effectively
My son had a great time at flag football & swim camp! He enjoyed the content and really liked his camp counselors. We know it was a success because he has continued telling us stories even after the camp week has been over.
