My 12-year-old daughter absolutely loved her time at Skyhawks Volleyball. The high level of instruction and the welcoming, positive class culture helped her expand her skills, deepen her excitement for the sport, and form new friendships. This experience is a true testament to the instructors’ passion, dedication, and ability to inspire young athletes.
She was so excited about what she was learning that she invited her father and me to attend a class. Watching the instructors in action was truly impressive. They engaged with every player, consistently encouraging, supporting, and motivating them while building confidence, teamwork, and skill development. We were so pleased with the program that we have already enrolled her in the next volleyball session.
We sincerely hope the Town of Cromwell will continue to offer volleyball classes like this (while keeping it affordable). With limited opportunities for volleyball through traditional recreational leagues or competitive programs, Skyhawks provides a valuable and much-needed opportunity for youth to learn, grow, and stay engaged in the sport.

This was an outstanding program for kindergarteners. The coaches blended fun with skill building. They focused on fundamentals and really got to know the kids. They matched them up appropriately whenever they did drills, but never did anything that was beyond their abilities. I was very impressed.

Coach Lucas is a gem. We are so fortunate to have met him in these Aliso Viejo classes. He is exceptional at working with toddlers, making sure that each one has the right amount of coaching and attention. We hope to see him again in the spring!
