Technician was thorough and sprayed trouble areas. Prior to his arrival I had opened the garage door and as I was stepping down into the garage I fell and was laid out on the floor. When Arraz arrived he immediately came to my aid and even went down the street to get my neighbor to assist. They were able to get me up and sit me in my wheelchair. He made sure I was okay before he proceeded to do the service.
