Mistakes and mis-communication can happen with even the best of companies, but it is only those very best who can admit when a job has not been done to their standards and then go above and beyond to remedy the situation. I asked Home Shield to sanitize a crawl space under a 120+ year old house. Home Shield sub-contracted the project to a company that specialized in insulation removal and sanitation, but did not check on the work. When I called that to their attention, they sent a guy who thoroughly inspected the work done and said they would be back in three months to replace the "odor bags" at no extra charge. Someone at the top of the company called me to ensure I was pleased and said they are going to make sure they check on any work done by their sub-contractors. He thanked me for calling that to his attention. And I know an honest voice when I hear one. :-). I absolutely would use this company again if the need arises.
Marco is professional and is very knowledgeable of his work. He didn’t rush to do the job either. Knocked down all the spider webs and sprayed through out the yard.
