Excellent customer service at the Delhi office location. Mona is always timely and efficient in her communication and wonderful at following-up. I didn't get the delivery drivers name from this week but the young man was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Very pleased with the service we receive!

Well, I liked that the company was owned locally . . . I like that the tank is monitored so I can't forget to call and order more. I like the automatic payment combined with the averaged payment program, helps me avoid bill surprises! The drivers are friendly and skilled at their jobs. I've always enjoyed speaking with the folks in the office, friendly and helpful. However, I think the price of propane is higher than it needs to be. And I am concerned there is too much concentration in the market!
