Great service and product
I am handicapped. Kamps monitors when I need a refill. Also, they have never cheated me by billing me for more than they delivered. I have had that happen through another company . Kamps is honest.
Dave went out of his way on a Saturday to deliver out propane, his kindness was very much appreciated.

Promptness of delivery, friendliness of driver. However, the scheduler agreed to provide day-before notice so that I could clear the path for the truck. This was not done so the driver (Tim) could not get to the tank. He did call when he was there but I wasn't home. He returned the following day same time and we got it done. Tim was very personable and professional, btw. A great addition to yr delivery team.

Greg, the driver, was so awesome. My gate sensor needs to be replaced and he understood the directions I left. He called before he came on property, which I really appreciate. We have 2 big dogs that I need to lock up before the gate is opened. So I really appreciate the call. I got a notice when the tank was filled, which is also terrific. It was super easy to schedule. Communication throughout was wonderful.

I recently got a bill from you for tank rental. The bill did not say what it was for, just a random bill for $66. Would be nice if there was something on the bill to indicate what is was for. I called to verify before paying it.
