I've dealt with a total of 4 companies that service & fill propane tanks in Ramona, CA & the ONLY one I have recommended to others & will continue to do so, is Kamp's/Superior
Plus Propane. Compared to others they are indeed superior because:
Kamp's is easily reached by phone, if not the local office, then another location or call center. Not everyone has Wi-Fi access & alot of folks still like to do their business over the phone.
Propane prices are quite a bit lower than others I've used & spoke to, as are their fees for Tank Inspections etc.
With a credit check, payment my tank was filled not before, as other companies I've used required. Overall, I was very pleased with all customer service reps I spoke with, both at the local office in Ramona & the call centers, they filled the tank as they promised & now I'll go pay their invoice on-line so I never have to look for another propane company again!

I've never run out of propane.
The drivers and staff are ethical and reliable. They leave a note when they can’t find you. Kamps has always provided a good service.
I like the payment plan. Our biannual propane deliveries average ~$600. It is great to be able to make monthly installments that don't cause a hardship when the deliveries the occur.
alway very good communication and friendly girld on the phone . Fordelivraison most of the time i am not there but happy to have my gas in the tank.
That you were reasonably priced and tried to help with getting me propane. I must say it was a tad hectic and took quite a while to get to the end of acquiring propane. So may different departments had to be contacted... and then some didn't reach out quickly but in the end I got propane so all is good.

One issue is that my last bill after filling was left hanging from the tank and not put on my front door. Didn't see it til a week or so after filling.
Your telephone staff is the best! And luckily for us we got our propane refill before we ran out at this time.
